Are they trying to streamline communication between business units or geographies? Technology will not change an organization’s culture.

One of the local Twitterati here had Chris Brogan up to Maine for a social media conference, and I caught it on UStream. Heck, I'd even buy a lithium powered weed whacker from him if he endorsed it. That mission, to add value to the communities they reach, is the heart beat of social. I'd buy a book from him.
