Google is undoubtedly huge and they could simply shrug their members off like Digg does to its much smaller userbase, but instead they engage the community and that’s why Google is such a positive brand. It’s their community of choice and that’s fine. I would ask some philosophical questions, however.

I have never written a product review on my blog and my posts average 30 comments. However, after writing a product review on my blog recently, after 24 hours I only had 3 comments on the post (which is very unusual). This particular article is top notch and prompted me out of the woodwork into the comments. Great post, Oni!
