Every fact is checked, story arc is edited, mostly reported after the event even if only a few seconds, e.g. in a live cross, as one journalist filters what will be said to the community. Social networks were widely used by gangs to co-ordinate the riots across the country. Not bad for a Sunday morning in rainy Sydney!
