I find that when it comes to learning and instruction, I tend to run in two different circles, as evidenced by the "Learning" tab in my feed reader. regarding us as "individuals with needs" while we function "inter-dependently within communities. We can better worry about all the people NOT in the blogosphere.

I believe we’re going to shift back to thinking customer service and community management are the core and not the fringe.
