If you haven’t already, get measurement tools to measure all your social activities. Some tools you can use are Social Mention , Trackur , and PostRank. If you are AT&T and your avatar was the face of your CEO, you’re doing it wrong. PostRank is becoming one of my favorite tools. Have a nice one.
