Just make sure there is only one version, and it’s not followed by an index.php, index.html, etc… URLs should contain words only and no numbers or symbols. If your site is accessed by going to www.mysite.com and all backlinks point there as well, why would you want it redirecting to www.mysite.com/en/index.html?

Flash can be embedded into html pages, so you may be okay–just make sure that you have other content on your web pages (lots of text) so that the search engines can read what your web page is about: search engines generally do not index and read Flash. No sitemap file. Splash Page as your home page. Not updating your website.
