Previously, I used Feedburner to manage my email subscribers. The thing I liked best about Feedburner was that it was free, but it lacked some key features. My feed jumped from 8,500 to over 11,500 according to Feedburner. At first I assumed it was a bug, but it has stayed this way for over a week so I’ll assume everything is working as it should (Feedburner usually drops, not increases). As for Feedburner: every day my feed count changes by 1-2k.

Don’t forget to explore avenues such as email listings, developing digital products, ebooks , and co-branding with other bloggers. When I started out I used Google Feedburner, mostly as it was free.

With over 4 million RSS subscribers according to Feedburner, it’s clear they’re not struggling. I didn’t like the niche thing so my goal/aim is help and educate the 50’s something bloggers.
