While I can't dispute that good websites are falling by the wayside because of Facebook, one can't ignore the fact Facebook is a great platform to induce interaction. I have, however, documented the myriad ways in which Facebook is trying to become the plumbing of the Web at-large, making the website less powerful and less relevant.
