While community is a hot buzz word these days, it’s still quite a ways before most businesses truly embrace the idea. Companies like Starbucks , Dell , even my previous employer Microsoft Advertising , all do community incredibly well and it has paid off for all of them many times over.

Message Boards. When in doubt, pick the tag that seems to have the most links -- this is the leading tag of the options youre considering, so hopefully will emerge as the dominant focal point (so you dont have to check "open-source," "opensource," and "open_source" to keep on top of the big world of open source).
