After several weeks of back and forth, and rescheduled meetings, I finally managed to get a demo of Sysomos Audience last week. Sysomos Audience is an addition to the Heartbeat monitoring and engagement tool. Community management. Community Management. Privacy Concerns? I came away impressed.

Since then,023% of all Tweets include location data, according to Sysomos. Twitter success requires an understanding of the unique rhythms and cadences of the community, and a give first, get later mentality that is a bit counterintuitive at first. Not an overwhelming participation rate. What’s Happening? Content is king, agreed.
