Use A Bookmarklet. A bookmarklet is a tiny program (written in javascript) that fits inside a bookmark. The Official Google Reader Blog has a couple of really nice bookmarklets you can use while you web-surf. The 2nd bookmarklet can also be found on the Notes link within Google Reader. A great place to start is a video on YouTube called “ Twitter in plain english. &# This is a great overview for the people that ask “ WTF Twitter? &# and gives you a 10,000 foot view of what the possibilities are with it. It also has a lot of neat search features as well so to search Youtube I could just type yt search phrase and that would take me to Youtube with the search results displayed. 15,000 views on Youtube in one day? And the to-do widget also. No problem. 12,000 uniques from Twitter overnight with a brand new account?
