You’re right; it’s not much different from other types of marketing. Affiliate marketing, for example, comes to mind. Affiliates need to understand demographics, work on copy (messaging), and even build out landing pages to start seeing conversions – and that’s a timely process. Just my 2 cents.

We started a Flickr group. I was always doing affiliate marketing. How do you do that as an avatar? I know a number of avatars who’ve become very successful online in many different niches. People used to leave comments and it used to be quite a few people. This post had 6–7 people leave a comment.
