Now, when I find something I want to save I use this feature and send it to a secret contact in my address book. Gmail does not have a to-do list feature - yet.

Twitter Tracking A great way to find people on Twitter that have the same interests as you is to use the Twitter Tracking feature. Start tracking some keywords that interest you like “Starbucks&# or “Earthquake&# and when ever someone puts that in their update across the entire Twitter network, you will get a message.

I have found that if you tap into all of its features, its the Holy Grail of Personal Knowledge Management. I wrote about this in September when the feature launched , but I see far more potential now than I did then. One of Googles best, yet underutilized features is tagging. Advertising. This differs from folders.

Other cool features include allowing people to subscribe to your blog via email, and being able to add email and social bookmarking links to the bottom of your posts. As a quick disclaimer, I was given a free membership for two months to try out the service, but will not be renewing my account until new features are added.

As an alternative, trying using the shortcut keys (Right click on a bookmarklet >> Properties) which, when pressed after CTRL+L (CMD + L on Mac), will load a specific website. Extra features that you don’t need in applications slow down the software, make it harder to find things, and give you more opportunities to waste time.
