A Jakob Nielsen study once found that 90% of online community users are lurkers (read or observe without contributing) with only 9% of users contributing ‘a little’ and 1% actively contributing. Are only 1% of your blog’s users are actively engaging with your blog? . Be humble. Be controversial(?).

The blog platform, as an open source community, is collectively shared by anyone and everyone who contribute code and provide feedback about what works and what needs improvement. Other plugins which are activated one day may be deactivated the next day for the simple reason that a different plugin may provide a different feature.
