IBM SJ 45-4 | Ethnographic study of collaborative knowledge work

The field research component of the study was conducted by an ethnographer (the first author) and was reviewed by a project team whose 12 members included IT specialists in design, development, marketing, product management, and research. The results were reviewed with the project team and the study goals for the next cycle were identified.
