Social News (Digg, Sphinn, Mixx, Reddit, Tip’d, and a whole load of related sites) Submitting only your own articles and posts to social media sites. Social news is about reciprocal relationships. Submitting a story to a social news site that is completely off-topic. Excess converts to spam.

Both of these features continue to support my argument that Twitter is not Plurk, nor is Plurk a new Twitter. They both have their places in the web 2.0 and social media sphere. I think plurk is more for networking and twitter more for tweeting news/events/links. I have also been using ping.fm
