I tweet more frequently too, using HootSuite (my favorite Twitter application by far) to schedule tweets down the road. HootSuite puts all the accounts in one single interface (you can do the same with TweetDeck and Seesmic, I believe), but in terms of passwords, I usually use KeePass to store them with other relevant account information.
