Have you added the ability for email recipients to share content on Twitter, Facebook, Digg and elsewhere? It's sort of like a person-centric monitoring tool as opposed to a topic-centric monitoring tool like ScoutLabs. Add data collection fields for Twitter, Facebook, Linkedin (at a minimum). I didn't ever though about this.
