a few internet ‘moments’ of confusing chatter during an emergency, or lies from the government designed to keep order which lead to (perhaps in a situation involving a dirty bomb, chemical attack, etc.) an increased number of casualties among civilians acting on false information? a double-edged sword if you ask me.
