Doesn’t it call to mind the Flickr-Virgin Mobile brouhaha from a few years ago? Public domain or not? Matt felt that since anything we post is in the “public domain,&# it’s fair game. What we post on Facebook is not in the public domain. In aggregate they will ad up.
