The example pipe below would filter our feed and return only posts that talk about "Facebook" in the title. and tagged with. I use netvibes personally. You get a good choice of conditions built from combining choices in two drop-down menus; you can then add multiple conditions to each rule e.g. "Title : contains : geotag".
