Today is officially my last day with The Search Agency as their Manager, Social Media and Tuesday I start with Fanscape as as Senior Social Media Manager. They seem to have a tight knit team of folks who like what they do and the company they work for. So this is a rather bitter sweet post.

We’re seeing new titles of Social Media Manager, Director, etc. I’ve even seen an opening or two for a VP of Social Media and one CSMO (Chief Social Media Officer). How far away is the CCO or CCCO? Is this the next evolution of business, is it the next big workplace revolution?

Now, you would think that a company so concerned with ethics that it’s part of their landing flash animation wouldn’t be ripping off the logos of well known companies. Well in your company you probably have people who represent the company in many ways. The good news is that they didn’t.
