I DO own one for ORM, but I’ve left it as a news feed. While my personal one is not “secret&# per se, and even has the same avatar/photo as my professional one, I find it much more useful to compartmentalize, both for following others and being followed. I’ve had two Twitter accounts for over a year now.

Add an avatar and a bio at the minimum. Streaming only your blog’s RSS feed on Twitter. (If Using your Twitter feed as a chat room for conversations that are exclusive in nature and not as a broadcast medium. There is no reason to make a personal request. Not humanizing your profile. Let people know who you are.
