I can also add new users, and then share documents with them via Google Docs, or create a custom start-page that everyone can see. I run a Mac application called Automater which automatically copies files from a certain folder onto my iDisk at 1pm everyday. it has a desktop application too. Google it, and check it out.

Not only is a minimalist desktop fast to load and nice to look at, it also keeps you in a simple frame of mind for when you are working on other applications. I do as much of my work as possible online, so that is really my ‘documents’ folder as well. This is where I store all of my work documents. Keep it simple.
