Week 4-- Aggregators and RSS Feeds. Example: OASIS-DITA for Learning --open source XML standard that allows you to create technical documentation so that it can be re-purposed and re-used. How we construct our web will determine how well we can filter. PLE aggregates and stores content so that the learner can create own content.

Track and aim to halve the aggregate amount of non value added time. Assess the aggregate cost to the organization of information (buying it, storing it, looking for it, reading it, figuring out what it means, managing it) and also the aggregate cost to the organization of not knowing -- the cost of failures (lost contracts etc.)
