Not too surprising is the fact uncovered by Forrester Research and Kenshoo, in which they found that more brands rely on branded pages (73%) than paid advertising (56%) on Facebook. The authors note that brands could be doing better by implementing targeted advertising. It''s the reality of the world we live in.
