Personally, I do leverage tools like Paper.li, but as an aggregation tool, not for the purpose of filler tweets. Do you automate your social media activities?

69 active plugins might be a few too many and all these plugins could be causing conflicts and slowdowns. Install and activate Autoptimize – It’s the best, fully-supported theme out there and I have used it across dozens of different themes and have always been able to get it working at some level.
