There’s no SEO value to these comments (they’re nofollowed by default), and all this approach does is makes you lose credibility in the eyes of the blogger. Did you notice how many people I thanked via Twitter for their feedback (most of which echoed my sentiments exactly)? I bet I’m not alone in this sentiment.
