I tweet more frequently too, using HootSuite (my favorite Twitter application by far) to schedule tweets down the road. I promote new people. This strategy of trying multiple accounts won’t work for everyone. Let new prospects find you organically based on your messages and reap the rewards.

Unless top-down social business strategy totally stinks, yes. Maybe its too much to expect it to shift its strategy, especially when focusing on consumers has been so successful. How can Facebook not be compared to Instant Messaging? Will they drive $50-500k in business from that investment?
