I use netvibes personally. You get a good choice of conditions built from combining choices in two drop-down menus; you can then add multiple conditions to each rule e.g. "Title : contains : geotag". I can add more feeds to the "Fetch Feed" input, but Pipes doesnt put any item to the processed channel.
