Notwithstanding the foregoing, Hootsuite may assign this agreement in its entirety, without consent of Solution Partner, to its Affiliate or in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of all or substantially all of its assets. Effective Date: 1 January 1998 (Russia); 1 April/6 April 1998 (United Kingdom).
