Beyond learning about your users, FriendFeed allows users to comment on content within the site itself. Imagine receiving over 500 updates a day and not checking your feed reader (or your FriendFeed) in 2 days. Comments there @ FriendFeed is what’s *most* intriguing to me. As it seems, I’m not alone.

Feel free to add your ideas to the comments section. Comment frequently (and meaningfully) on blogs that write about you and your posts. Track things like audience/community sentiment (positive/negative) if you want to map effort to results. Make sure it’s easy to comment on your site. Take a second look at Plaxo.
