    That sounds like a great idea in theory: I suspect that in practice there’s more involved than just handing out the flip cameras: the drivers would need training in how to use them, and what they’re hoping to capture (quite apart from the challenge of just getting their main job done)!

    In rolling out these kinds of ideas, it’s important to plan out how the customer-facing people are going to be equipped to get this done: what seems easy to some people (capturing a quick video to publish to the web) terrifies other people.
