Recently, Google took the position that press releases were simply link schemes , advertorials for a business. Therefore, all links in press releases should have the nofollow attribute added to the links, so that the press release does not pass any SEO ( Search Engine Optimization ) value to the website it’s linking to.

What Google doesn’t want is for those links to have SEO value, which is why their guidelines dictate that paid links are coded in a way that they will not pass PageRank. I can’t imagine they would, especially when virtually no one outside of the developer and SEO communities is even aware that this change has taken place.

Majestic SEO: This website significantly reduces the efforts as it will show all your previous links instead of just the most recent ones. Avoid posting links on random or affiliated websites rather nofollow the link or remove them. Site wide links should be carefully monitored. Sit back and wait. You have done whatever you could.
