So, I’ve started to look at followers per tweet as a metric that focuses on the efficiency of time spent.

To be fair, I’ve only included those I’ve actually used (Radian6, Sysomos, Spiral 16) or tested (Meltwater, SM2). However, many of the tools I mentioned above, Radian 6, Sysomos, etc, have a management/response component included in their workflow model. Also, thanks for having Sysomos in your comparison.
