Use HootSuite to publish content to multiple social media accounts and/or platforms including Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Ping.fm (which pushes to many other platforms) and now they’ve just added WordPress functionality. cross-post your updates to Jaiku and many other sites like Facebook , MySpace , LinkedIn and more via Ping.fm.

You can also connect Twitterfeed to update new RSS feed items to Facebook, Ping.FM, Statusnet, and HelloTxt. It is simple to set-up social networking accounts such as: Facebook , Twitter and Linkedin. I strongly recommend using a pinging program like Ping.FM This can be something as simple as networking with respected peers in your niche, set up Twitter Feed or create a new social media group on Facebook or Linkedin.

There are several other options, such as Flickr, Tumblr, WordPress, Blogger, etc… even Ping.fm. You can post, re-post, discuss, and RSS broadcast to all your favorite sites including FB, Twitter, and Linkedin or even other blogs you might have all from that one site. You can set up your own blog.
