It always works for me, you can both splice and filter, it has OPML, and it also has re-syndicating delivery in HTML (even customise the code), java, PDF, etc.other features are timezone, language, ordering. Its an amazing intuitive product which lets u build mashups! I posted on this a while back. My favourite is Feeddigest [link].
