If you don’t see Developer options, go to Settings > About phone and tap Build number seven times to unlock it.

STEP 2 = Connect your old device to your PC or Mac using a USB cable.

You may need to install some drivers or software to make your device recognizable by your computer.

STEP 3 = On your computer, open File Explorer and navigate to the folder where your apps are stored.

This may vary depending on your device model and manufacturer, but it is usually located in Internal storage > Android > data or Internal storage > Android > obb.

STEP 4 = Now, copy the folders that contain your apps and app data to your computer.

STEP 5 = At this step, you can disconnect your old device from your computer and connect your new device. Make sure that USB debugging is enabled on your new device as well.

STEP 6 = On your computer, paste the folders that you copied from your old device to the same location on your new device. You may need to overwrite some existing folders if they have the same name.

That’s it! You should see all your apps and app data on your new device.
