As part of your reputation, there are also online reviews, which are shared a lot and heavily influence search listings on sites such as Google. Then, you can filter those mentions based on the channel e.g. Facebook, Twitter, blogs etc. Respond directly within Twitter. A better alternative to Google Alerts.
