It’s safe to say that nearly everybody knows Google as a search engine. The most obvious evidence being the upcoming changes to Picasa and Blogger: both will soon be re-branded, likely as Google Photos and Google Blogs respectively. Essentially, the target is to get people to view Google as more than just a search engine.
