Most achieved a Postrank of higher then 6, and 9 out of the 10 articles dealt with social media. For those not familiar, Postrank is a nifty little WordPress plugin that provides some analysis into the social engagement factor of the content you create. Yes, I’ve read Google’s documentation, etc.

Many groups / forums allow uploads, and this would be a great place to include some important documents for all contributors, including: General writing specifications and guidelines. These are just a few of many examples of documents that could be helpful for any contributor on the blog to have available to them. Subscriber.

Google Docs Another of my fave G-suite applications, because it lets me share and update documents in real time with as many people who need to be involved, without the pain that inevitably comes with people emailing each other different versions of a document that you have to keep saving and re-saving. And now for a bonus tool.

Do your best to debunk them with solid evidence i.e., figures and statistics, documents or expert witnesses. Acknowledge the rumors and talk with others through your social media outposts: express your thoughts on Twitter, release a video on YouTube, or publish a blog post. Read All About It!

Undertake depth interviews, where you spend a day with a person and document everything relevant. analytics, PostRank, Twitter, social bookmarking websites, and so on. Create your own side-business focusing on a handful of key audiences that you can credibly claim to know better than anyone else and have ready access to.

Postrank I have been using Postrank Analytics for about 3 weeks now and find it really impressive. I can also add new users, and then share documents with them via Google Docs, or create a custom start-page that everyone can see. There are a number of other tools in there so you may find more that are relevant to your needs.
