You may want to keep Facebook personal, and use Twitter/LinkedIn/your blog or site as your professional reference. And judging by the SEOMOz toolbar’s ‘NoFollow’ indicator, the Facebook comments are followed links back to Facebook everytime. Not reward Facebook for doing nothing.
