Every monitoring tool will provide you some capability of monitoring specific keywords (in isolation, as part of a URL, as a hashtag etc.). People mention what they are doing on social media channels and they also look for advice. For example, if you were tracking a hashtag you could automatically track the topics within the hashtag.
