I always recommend doing a detailed transcript for any video posts you do on your site, that way you get additional SEO value from the text, people who prefer to read instead of watch video can do so, and people who can’t access the video (such as those on mobile) can still get the content through the text.

Yes, they ARE a third-party provider of a service (a “space” for artisans to sell crafts online) but they’re a company valued at over $100 million, with a clearly defined policy on hateful and offensive items. What a silly situation for a multi-million dollar company to get itself into. and now Flickr is. Why is that so difficult?

I’m also in the entertainment industry and enjoy tweaking the nipple of large multi-national telecom companies that annoy me on a daily, if not hourly basis. Perhaps when I suggested that all AT&T mobile plans would now include free antidepressants & rage therapy kits. Goats, not sheep. Has AT&T noticed you?

If a company is going to make money off my “likes,&# shouldn’t I get a piece of the pie , as Beth Harte said (and I agree) on Facebook? Doesn’t it call to mind the Flickr-Virgin Mobile brouhaha from a few years ago? And if not, what’s the point? And, yes, I’m aware of the irony. You read that right.
