You can choose and customize between different layouts can be incorporated with other Google services like Feedburner, Picasa etc. It does not have options, widgets and plugins, but it is stylish and you can add your own domain for free. Yet, it is easy to use and you are allowed to change the html for free.

As you can see, there are little subscribe widgets near the top of the page that allow you to choose which application to invoke to add your subscription. A lot of web sites will prominently display a link to their feed. Often, that link will take you to a FeedBurner page, which they refer to as their BrowserFriendly page. Just posted.

If I wanted to accomodate my entire community, that would be another $30 per year. Wordpress has plugins, but Google uses the standardized OpenSocial API , along with Google Gadgets , to provide an interface to Widgets and other features within the blog. Then, to add my own customized design, I'd be paying another $15 per year.
