I find that GoToMeeting is very stable, and I seriously have no issues with it at all. You get short codes, widgets and metrics. Unfortunately, it was still buggy and caused some issues with my site (my mistake, I should have started with a test site). Vimeo : Sure, I could use YouTube. Vimeo is awesome for that purpose.

If you don’t want to change the backend though, you can simply use a widget for your category dropdown and change the name to topics, that way it displays on the sidebar as such. It just depends on the site and the community! Answer: I haven’t looked into that, but I’m sure there are.

Speaking of clever, the next one is Clever Widgets. This is something I remember I’m sure I’ve asked Mario before, I’m just like, “Mario, I wanna put this widget in this area but I only want it to show when people are looking at this category. What I’m really asking for is conditional widgets. How do we do that?”.
