Digg is great for traffic generation, and while not the powerhouse it once was, is still a large community. Foursquare.

This affected anyone who used article marketing as a way to build links and drive traffic to their websites, since article networks were hit the hardest , though some—like HubPages— regained their rankings in subsequent updates. Join communities like My Blog Guest. This should be your immediate goal as well. Use Google Authorship.

Make flyers with a catchy title and a description of your blog, and post them on bulletin boards in the entrance to supermarkets and other community buildings. Both search engines and visitors like to see fresh, quality content. Submit your blog to search engines like Google , Yahoo and Bing. Keep it clean and easy to navigate.
