I know that different companies provide different amounts of historical data at the start of the campaign (another item I should have included – may need to do a follow up on this on my own blog later on as I get all this great feedback on items to include!) I believe Kurrently has the potential to make Facebook a much larger player in the social CRM world, as companies can now instantly see just how much they are being mentioned on that platform. Pattern recognition is available almost instantly, and companies can capitalize on just-in-time marketing and social CRM opportunities like never before.
