Unlike most business strategies, social media is built on a culture that is developed by the people who are involved in digital communities. we opened it up to the community to discuss on our blogs, on Twitter and in a few emails. in the end it isn't the bloggers, the company or the agency that will dictate the success.it's The company name on that person’s business card doesn’t matter. brand/company, then I think complete transparency is called for.
