Facebook Pages do not allow background images like Twitter, Myspace, and other services. I have a couple set up for books that I work for the publishing company. I am trying to do this on my company fan page and I dont see the pencil for the boxes tab either. This applies to Pages as well. Looking forward win! Whats going on???
